Abstracting and Discoverability

IJF reports discoverability and identifier information conservatively. A service is named as an index only after the journal has verified an active, journal-level record.

No unverified impact-factor or indexing claims

Current discoverability information

ChannelStatus and practice
Official journal websitePublished issues, article metadata and full-text files are openly available from ijfjournal.com.
Online ISSN2455-8109 is displayed in journal metadata and public information.
Scholarly web metadataThe OJS platform supplies structured article metadata intended for scholarly search and harvesting services.
OAI-PMHOJS supports standards-based metadata harvesting through the journal's OAI interface where enabled.
DOIIJF does not claim DOI registration for an item unless a registered DOI is displayed and resolves for that item.
Digital preservationNo third-party preservation network is named until active participation has been verified. A confirmed arrangement and verification link will be reported here.
Impact metricsIJF does not present an unofficial or unverifiable “impact factor” as if it were a recognised journal metric.

Responsible claims

Being visible in a general web search, academic social network, library catalogue or third-party metric website is not automatically described as formal indexing. When a recognised database confirms coverage, the journal may add its exact service name, coverage dates and a direct verification link to this page.

Metadata supplied by authors

Accurate titles, abstracts, author names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, keywords, references and funding information improve discoverability. Authors must check these fields during submission and proof review. Metadata changes after publication require editorial review because they affect the version of record.

Verification enquiries

Libraries or indexing services may request metadata clarification from editorijf@gmail.com. IJF welcomes legitimate harvesting and catalogue enquiries.
