IJF provides immediate open access to published articles. A modest article publication charge supports editorial administration, online production, hosting and long-term journal operation.

When the charge applies
- There is no fee to submit a manuscript and no fee for editorial assessment or peer review.
- The applicable publication charge is requested only after the editor has issued a formal acceptance decision.
- Payment does not guarantee review, acceptance, priority handling, a particular decision or a publication date.
- The charge is based on the corresponding author's country recorded for the accepted article. The journal may request reasonable verification if the applicable category is unclear.
- Any required tax, bank or payment-processing information will be stated on the official invoice or payment instruction.
Editorial independence
Editors and reviewers evaluate manuscripts on scope, scientific quality, integrity, clarity and relevance. They do not make acceptance decisions according to an author's ability to pay. Editorial acceptance must be complete before a payment request is issued.

Verify every request
Use only payment instructions linked to a genuine IJF submission and issued after formal acceptance. IJF does not sell acceptance, authorship, citations or expedited favourable review. Verify an uncertain request through editorijf@gmail.com before paying.
Questions and exceptional circumstances
No automatic waiver programme is advertised. Authors who need clarification about the applicable charge should contact the journal before submission. A financial enquiry is kept separate from the scientific evaluation and does not create an entitlement to acceptance or waiver.
